Within the framework of the Open Day, the organization's specialists told about the activities of the Microcredit Deposit Organization "Humo", held free consultations on banking services: lending, opening deposit accounts, cash management services, money transfers, as well as provided free legal advice.
Everyone could go to the branch and get answers to all the questions concerning banking services and personal finances. More than 200 people attended the Open Day, among who were both regular clients "Humo", and those who have crossed the threshold of the organization for the first time.
Matlyuba Mavlonova has been cooperating with Humo for more than three years.
- I had my own retail outlet, which was only three square meters and did not allow me to sell enough goods and fabrics, and there was not much profit, "she says. - To solve this problem, I applied to the organization "Humo". After talking with her employees and getting excellent credit orientation, I soon formalized the necessary loan, which allowed me to expand the trading point and increase the range of goods. During the repayment period, I was able to fully understand the possibilities of its competent use for the development of entrepreneurship. So I became a regular client of the organization "Humo", and thanks to this organization my business is developing steadily.
Mustafo Tabarov, a resident of Vakhdat, decided to get a loan on the advice of his friend, who was also a client of the company "Humo".
- I was explained here in a fairly simple form, under what conditions I can get a loan. What I liked, the employees of "Humo" did not depart from my questions, honestly and openly telling about how I can pay off my debts, at the same time giving advice on the proper investment of a loan into my business, "says Tabarov.
On the Open Day, the visitors were provided with advice not only by employees of CJSC MDO Humo, but also our partners: specialists of the KLIMADAPT project and insurance company BIMA shared advice. Here, the customers of the mobile operator "Beeline" were able to re-register their SIM cards.
In May, the Organization intends to hold similar Open Days in other branches. In particular, the Open Day in Dushanbe will be held May 6, in Khujand - May 13, in Istaravshan - May 20.
